Munna Steel Works is engaged in the
fabrication, sale, and repair of iron and steel-related products. Our
services are available for both commercial and personal use.
3. Customer Responsibility
The customer must provide accurate
and clear order details.
If there is any issue with the
product's fitting or usage, the customer must contact us within 7 working
days.
4. Payment Terms
All payments are accepted via cash,
UPI, or bank transfer.
An order is considered confirmed only
after partial or full payment is received.
5. Delivery and Pickup Policy
Munna Steel Works is only
responsible for preparing and selling the product. Customers must
arrange their own transport to collect the goods from our shop.
We do not provide any kind of home
delivery service.
6. Return and Exchange Policy
Sold goods will not be taken back.
Only exchange is allowed as per company
policy.
Custom orders cannot be canceled.
For canceling other orders, the
customer must inform us within 24 hours.
7. Warranty / Guarantee
Some products come with a limited
warranty period (if applicable).
The warranty applies only to
manufacturing defects and not to misuse or damage caused by the customer.
8. Intellectual Property
Any designs, branding, or custom items
created by Munna Steel Works are the intellectual property
of the
company. Copying or reproducing them may lead to legal action.
9. Limitation of Liability
We are only responsible for errors
caused by us. Munna Steel Works is not liable for delays or
damage due to
natural disasters, accidents, or customer negligence.
10. Changes to Terms
Munna Steel Works reserves the right to
modify these terms at any time. Updates will be posted at
our shop or
on our website.
